The goods will be sent cash on delivery the next day after the order is made. Generally, the delivery takes 1-2 days.
Payment can be done in cash or by the card after the visual check of the quality of the received goods;
The delivery is paid at Nova Poshta rates, additional to the amount of the order. The delivery fee and price for the purchased goods is paid only after visual check of the quality of the received goods;
When using the courier delivery service provided by Nova Poshta you will have to make an advance payment that is the secure delivery cost - the amount of the advance payment is 150 uah. This amount will cover the delivery cost in case if you skip getting the parcel delivered by the courier. The advance amount is deducted from the Price you pay for the goods, so there are no extra payments;
The courier delivery is available on a full prepayment for the goods. In this case, the cost for the delivery will be reduced;
After the parcel is sent, you will receive the SMS with parcel code (TTH). The code (TTH) is needed to trace the location of the parcel, the arrival date, and the delivery cost.

Payment is done only after the goods are received (Payment on delivery) in cash or by the card at the department of Nova Poshta or directly given to the courier from “Nova Poshta”;
The delivery cost is paid by the customer at rates of “Nova Poshta”. In some cases, the advance payment for the delivery can be required. The advance amount is 200 uah;
The full prepayment for goods is optional. If you choose the full prepayment option, the delivery cost will be reduced. On default, all parcels are sent to the customers P.O.D (payment is done after receiving and the visual check of the goods by the customer);
The goods are delivered by the delivery service provided by “Nova Poshta” only. The self-delivery goods option is not available. This has a positive impact on price policy.
