Conditions for return of goods

  2. Product Condition: Returns are only possible for items that have not been used, are in their original condition and are not damaged.

Conditions for the exchange of goods

Exception to the return and exchange policy

  • Personalized Items: Items that are custom made or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Perishable Goods: Perishable goods cannot be returned.

You can return or exchange goods purchased in the online shoe store within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been used, does not have any damage (scratches, dirt, dust, abrasions, etc.) and/or any other signs of use;
  • The original packaging, tags, labels and receipt are intact.

If you need to return/exchange the product, please contact our manager to receive full instructions for further actions and to complete the exchange or return procedure.


* We are not responsible for any item that was sent by the customer in any direction as an exchange or return item if the manager was not notified and/or the store's established exchange/return procedure was violated.
